Participation in the exhibition and the construction of the exhibit booth is the law that includes the participation in the exhibition and the booth building.

 Failure to comply with these rules will result in fines being paid.

1- Terms and conditions affecting the location of your booth 

Factors that determine the location and type of booth.

First factor: the time of registration and deposit, the second factor: the size of the booth, the third factor: the type of goods in the booth and the other factor participant.

The booth is presented in two types with equipment without equipment at the exhibition.

The pavilion is furnished by the exhibitor for the contributor, and a booth without equipment, which is made by the participant or the booth builder company.

2- Presentation of stall design and all documents

If a booth is chosen without equipment and a booth is selected, the exhibitor must provide the design and stall management 72 hours prior to land delivery, booth design, and all documents and related documents.

3- Know the time of booth and demolition

The time of construction of the exhibitor booth is 4 days maximum and the destruction is 2 days and the operation will be carried out outside of the stated time by paying a fine for the exhibitor. Which, of course, spoils the promise for future appearances.
